Long Term License Agreement - Palmerville Camp Grounds

Long Term License Agreement - Palmerville Camp Grounds is an agreement that gives 'Landholder Consent to fossick' and a designated exclusive 1000m2 camp area for you and your family to camp while fossicking. 

These areas are called "Landholder Consent- Exclusive Camp Areas" (L.C.E.C.A.) allow the license holder to occupy an area of 1000m2 designated on Palmerville Station, this consent allows you to put up temporary fencing, temporary structures including caravans and sheds (must removable).  Each LCECA is responsible for managing its own rubbish and waste and power generation. 

A 4WD is required to access all Palmerville camping sites including Long Term License Sites (L.C.E.C.A).

 

We have 15 un-powered Long Term License Sites located at the Palmerville Camp Ground, our main camping area.

Nine of these exclusive 1000m2 + sized sites are located fronting Whites Creek Road and backing onto a private dam

These LTL Sites 101 to 109 are available from $13,000 per annum,
